What is the exchange policy?

We are happy to set up an exchange for you within 30 days of the delivery date.  After 30 days all sales are final.  You must return all items, including accessories and instructions.  You must obtain an RMA number prior to sending the item back you us.  We refuse all packages without visible RMA numbers.  The customer is responsible for all shipping, to and from, along with any difference in price.  

  • RMA numbers can be obtained by contacting our customer support and are only valid for 15 days from the issue date.
  • Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items.
  • If you are exchanging a holiday gift, you must contact GlowShift before January 15th. Holiday gift exchanges are only eligible for orders placed November 14 through December 25.
